'14 GA ATH Myles Autry

It's not that bad, it's Midtown. Atlantic Station is just north and the area east of the campus is really nice. The bad areas are just west of it, but that area is rapidly gentrifying. There are lots of new condos going up too.

Good luck, Myles. I think he really liked FSU but they must not have had room.

Most creative thing a college did to get your attention? “It was Tennessee. When I went on a visit there, the running backs coach put up some video up on a flat screen TV. It said ‘Freshman All-American’ and it had my name and rushing yards on the video. He would show me a play that they would run at Tennessee, and the next slide would be a play that my high school at Norcross would run. It really impressed me.”

How far did it go with Tennessee? “It went far. They were in my top eight. They just wanted a decision too soon. They were trying to pressure me to commit early, and that really didn’t work out so well. But I liked Tennessee, and I really liked everything about there (on my unofficial visit).”

Some other good stuff in there. He talks a little bit about Alvin Kamara and craps on Nick Saban:

Why would Alabama waste the kid's time? Pretty obvious CNS had no interest in the kid.

He didn't want him as a running back but his instinct is to try to keep other teams from landing him.

What?! Seriously? Did they just release him from his LOI?

Apparently Myles delayed his enrollment as his brother had some sort of "issues" at GT. I think Myles was waiting to see what happened with his brother. I believe his brother left GT as well. He was released and can enroll anywhere he wants and play this year.

How would that work numbers wise LV? Would he take away a spot for this year?

Edit: Not saying he's coming here, just curious how something like his situation works out for the school he lands at.

Thanks for the info, LV. Will be interesting to see where they end up.
