There certainly are a number of rumors swirling around about more Georgia prospects dropping for the Vols over the next several days and weeks. One name that we've been hearing very loudly with Tennessee the last few weeks is athlete Stanton Truitt. Truitt currently has the Vols as his leaders and while some believe he's still several weeks out from ultimately making a decision, we continue to hear that a decision could come much, much sooner.

I don't often get in to the debates about guys being underrated et al... but this kid sure seems better than his rating. Does he have grade issues or anything else that could be hurting him?

Hubbs said the staff is mostly looking at Truitt as a CB. Hubbs said he has great footwork, ball skills, and he plays bigger than he actually is.

The VQ guys keep hinting that he could drop at anytime also.

Truitt has good speed but he's apparently not quite as fast as I've seen reported. His PR in the 100 is 10.86, not 10.56, and his one reported 100 time this season is 11.10.

And I'm not sure where his supposed 4.32 40 time comes from; I've yet to see it associated w/ a camp or combine.
