As it goes with recruiting, there is a slight change for the Joliet (Ill.) Plainfield South standout and future U.S. Army All-American.
Garrett and his father will visit Tennessee by the end of the summer, and word is the Vols currently pose the biggest threat to current leader LSU.
With that being said, Les Miles and the Tigers staff continue to stranglehold the advantage for Garretts eventual signature.
Speaking of when Garrett could possibly decide, he has said multiple times that hed like to hold off on announcing until the Army game, however a source close to the situation says it may not go that long.
Garrett does want to take a few official visits. It wouldnt be surprising to see him commit to LSU during his next visit to Baton Rouge. Tennessee will look to make a move later this summer, and Garrett is definitely impressed with the Vols current recruiting class, which ranks No. 3 nationally. Other schools that still remain in the mix includes Florida, Ole Miss and USC.
