'14 IL LB Clifton Garrett

They are only locks when they show up for class. With that said, he is pretty solid for an out of state guy. Long way till signing day though.

I can tell you LSU would like nothing more than Garrett to come in and secure the MLB position from Welter as a true freshman. Out of 10 guys that declared early last year, the Minter one hurt the most to the team.

Sorry if this is already posted up I didn't see it if so.

I pay for Rivals Insider and Clifton was being interviewed about his announce date and his final three schools.

Tuesday he will pick between TN, LSU, and Ole Miss. He attended the UGA game in Knoxville and said he had never seen a Fanbase as Loud and Wild as we were. Said that the atmosphere was incredible. He also said our facilities were the best and he loved the coaching staff.

He fell in Love with the Grove at Ole Miss and said he felt like part of the Family there.

He attended the LSU TAMU game in Baton Rouge and said he loves John Chavis and his play calling.

After watching the video if I were to guess I'd say he picks Ole Miss but I believe we are a close second. We will know come Tuesday
