My nephew is a senior at Auburn. He said he has some of the players in his classes and he says that the team has these "checkers"that come by the classes and look in to make sure the players are in class and check them off. He said in one class a couple of the players would sit there until the checker came by then immediately throw their bookbags over their shoulders and say... "we're outta here" and walk out.
Not a specific answer to your question but IIRC Hubbs stated Lambert would be a take regardless of whether he was an EE or not. This was before the flip to Auburn.Has anyone asked the VQ guys if we will recruit him again if he doesn't end up EE'ing? Their answer to said question will determine how much I care about this thread.
Why do you people keep bringing this thread back up to the top with posts? Moderator please lock this thread and let it drop out of site. It looks embarrassing to keep being butt hurt over this recruit. Let it die. Day after day I keep coming on here and seeing this thread at the top of the page. Enough is enough.

I've seen this several times. And to me the only ones that are butthurt are posters that are obviously distressed any time they see this thread bumped. The rest of us are discussing a possible bizarre twist in a recruitment that may or may not be done.

Yes, you are probably right. Keeping an Auburn signee at the top of our recruiting board with silly posts is real important and looks great for our fan base.lol: There are some really weird people who hang out here. This kid is not coming to UT so why are we discussing him, regardless of the possible bizarre twist that you imagine.
It's not about ignoring the thread; it's about our fans looking like butt hurt dumb a$$s. Ignoring the thread won't make it go away; it only makes it where I won't see it. Stop posting in it.
Who are you to tell someone where they can and can't post?
How hypocritical is it to complain about a thread being bumped while your comment itself bumps it? If you want it to go away, maybe you should stop commenting.
Well I tried that (not posting to let if drop out of sight) for about a week hoping people would figure it out, but we have some pretty slow folks on here who just insist on keeping this recruit alive, so I had to come in and say enough is enough. Let it die people.
