I just have a buddy who's a WR at ULM right now who watched this guy first hand, and he's told me more than a few times how much of an animal this guy is. But the fact that he was making plays as a freshmen at OU should speak volumes as well. I think he's better than Lauderdale. But having Jackson AND Lauderdale?!? Man! #WRU!!

Again, I welcome the kid and will support him 100 percent, but his freshman year is a long ways away and his inability to stay on teams has to be concerning if he is no longer on Blinn. I believe the kid is talented, but we need every spot to contribute this year.

I will be surprised if Jackson ends up a Vol. Something has happened with him at the juco. I keep hearing he's no longer on the team down there. Lauderdale is a guy they are going to have to fight to hold onto as other schools are coming after him.

Do not take my words for truth because I'm not so sure myself.

I believe he had a family member, a Dominque Jackson who either died or was killed. I once saw a tweet about this. He may have taken time off to deal with this. He appears to still be on the roster but not playing and not having an assigned number (it was #4 before).

Sucks to, more than likely, lose this guy. But if he can't stay in Juco, how can he stay at UT for 2 years...

I think it's best for Butch to move quickly on this one. Find out the facts. If it presents itself, then part ways with the kid.

Another spot for someone on the DL or OL. Malone was a definite take regardless. Blair, McDowdell, Berrys, Barnett, Mosley, and Hendrix all have spots now.

That's not the roster you are looking at. That's the season stats. He was there and garnered stats in one game so he is listed under the lineup on the stats page. He is NOT listed on the roster any longer.

Yeah Kameel took an official here. No way we do that only to not want him a month later. If something happened, it happened, but this was no mutual parting of ways with no variable IMO

I never once thought Kameel would ever make it to Tennessee so this news is not surprising. He obviously has some problems that he can't seem to deal with. I hope he gets it figured out but I'll be surprised if he ever plays big time college football again. Hope I'm wrong for his sake though.
