Remember this is the last year of probation from The Kiffin disaster. IF he is gonna greyshirt then he will sign later in the year. Plenty of time to OV with no restrictions after this period is over.

how long are we going to sing this song, if he is not part of the '14 class then so be it, we already were aware of that! No disrespect to Hubbs, if he knows something we don't know more power to him, but if this doesn't happen it doesn't happen, that's the disappointments of life we will move on, but for right now we are scheduled to be there by 4pm tomorrow, if that changes then so be it, If Tenn decided they don"t want him, we will move on, and to Bruin, come on with the sarcastic "if he claims to be who he is nonsense" i don't play them type of games especially with my children!

There is no sarcasm from me here. I believe you are who you say. The hard part for me and most to accept is that hubbs is reporting this info and not sure about it being accurate. He generally is very responsible with what he post.

None the less I think hubbs is wrong here and place you guys at the top of my favorite list for showing a huge deal of loyalty to us. More than most of us would have shown

Bruin has that effect on all of us...and he's not pontificating on OUR children...take it like this...if it's good news for Tennessee,he's going to bemoan our chances of it happening...to ***** the matter,I have no doubt Bruin is a devout fan...he deals with potential disappointment by anticipating it too aggressively...when this sorts out I think your son's going to be a part of a great story for this fandom...including Bruin...unless Thig saves the Cory Thomas commit :happy:

In hindsight, would you have posted to a recruiting forum?

It strikes me as a no win situation for recruits and their families to interact with the fan base during this process as there are so many dumbarse fans who post stupid opinions they pull out of their arse as fact. Must be extremely frustrating as a parent to attempt to correct the misinformation on these boards?

Personally, I wish you and your son the best in selecting the right college fit for him. I hope it's UT as he appears to have strong football potential but if you guys decide a different option is better then I'll still be cheering for Jerome to excell. UT is an exciting place to be when things are going well and it appears CBJ has the program heading back in that direction.

Could it be possible that Hubbs is getting his information from the "official" visitors list put out by UT? Could it be that Mr. Dews is not on that list pending the aforementioned paperwork? Just a thought.

he is making an official visit this weekend to UT..

things are real dynamic right now and no telling what can happen day to day..

Hubbs apparently has really fancy ways of saying "I have no idea what's going on"

That leaves UT with seven official visitors scheduled for this weekend: Dews, four-star running back Darrel Williams, in-state long snapper Wesley Horky and Vols commitments Derek Barnett, Vic Wharton, RaShaan Gaulden and Todd Kelly Jr. - 247 sports (1/23)
