I agree, we haven't had a RB on the roster like him in a while. He would bring a whole new dimension to the position and roster. And I feel like we are in a great position to land him. Butch is proving that he is truly an elite recruiter. I can't imagine what it will be like when we start winning some ball games. The future is brighter than I can remember it being in a long time, and it's going to be a fun ride.

Hardesty was about 185-190 coming out of HS.

still bigger than this kid...he was also 6'1...hes nothing like hardesty. this kid is a deanthony thomas style back. not comparing the two in their abilities just that they are the same style runner. slashing out on the edge and really good out in space.

No decision date yet. January in homes from SpUrrier and jones. Tn pulled even or possibly ahead per 247 sources but Scott not giving anything away. Sounds split IMO.

Carolina pushing the you are and always have been our number 1 guy. TN provides early playing time and he really like Coach Jones.

No clue where this one goes but personally I think the fact Carolina has always had him as their only running back target wins in end

I wonder how much early playing time he would get coming here? Are we planning to redshirt Hurd? If not i don't see him getting that much playing time between Lane and Hurd.

Redshirt Hurd? Was that a serious question? And he would be the 3rd RB in his first season and the 2nd RB on the depth chart in his 2nd season. That's a great opportunity. He's also much different than any of our other RBs so I think they would have special packages for him. And Lane gets hurt every year. I'd say there are plenty of snaps there for him.
