'14 OH TE/DE Ethan Wolf (UT Commit 4/10/13)

That is my point. Him saying it means little in my eyes if he is out visiting. If I were his future teammate and was told no visits, I would expect the same for everyone. JMO

Well that's your opinion.

I still don't understand why everyone is so concerned that he visited Bama though. Based on what I've read and heard I'm not worried about Wolf flipping.

At least not yet.

Maybe we are just spoiled by the commitments who are not showing any sign of wavering. They are 100% Vol and are on the job recruiting to build the best class they can. I know sneaking in a trip to tuscalooser screams all VOL to me. :dunno:

Seems pretty solid and actually being solid can be two different things. I'm not saying he will decommit, I'm just not sold after visiting Satan

Fair enough.

I still think people are making way too big of a deal about this though. It's almost like everyone has forgotten the kid was on campus all weekend with our commits and appears to solid based on what VQ reported and his twitter account. Whether he stays solid is another story, but I don't think we're in any immediate danger of losing as of now.

If he visits Bama again, then it might be time to get concerned.

Lawrence Lee was also on campus all weekend hanging out with the commits.

If he visits bama again, anything less than 3 new offers to TEs would have me thinking the staff is asleep at the wheel. Honestly, I would not have been shocked to see them after the 1st visit. JMO

Yep LV. Rule #1 as a VFL. "Hate Bama"

If Wolf's interest in Bama was genuine and significant, you'd think he would schedule the trip when Saban wasn't in Athens, TN boosting revenue for the local Chamber of Commerce.

I think that would depend on how serious the recruit was with the schools he's visiting and if the staff is confident that they can keep him committed.
How would the staff know how serious the visit was or how serious a recruit was about a school??

From talking with him maybe? I don't know I'm not a coach.

I think most of the time coaches have a good feel with where they are with certain recruits. I'm sure they can get a sense when a recruit is lying and when they are loyal.
