"We then went and ate lunch and then went up to coach Elder's office and watched about an hour of film about how they'll use their tight ends and that was really reassuring to us and that was the best part of the visit I thought. Then we met up with some of the coaches and that was great as well."

"It really makes me feel good. You don't have to come in behind all those good guys and wait your turn you can come in and compete right away so that's reassuring," Wolf said.

"They really like me as a tight end and they really like my versatility that I can do both block and split out and make plays with the ball," Wolf said. "They wanted me to know it was a great place and I won't get pigeonholed into being just a blocker or just a receiver. It was a great visit and that's what they're trying to do with me down at Tennessee."

Trimming down his list to a top 5 and he said UT will be 'very high' on the list. Hopes to make it back down to UT soon for another visit.

Looks exactly like what they usually recruit. Tall, down–the–field type receiving TE.

False Start 1:23. Sorry, had to.

Kid looks mobile, can leap and he's not afraid of contact. He's a take.

I think we lead but are right there with Michigan State. Worried about them, but if you look back to page 1, he says he'd like to visiti Mich St to make sure he isn't regretting anything (context clues point to UT leading with that).

I'm on record as saying, already, that eventually other B1G schools will offer (tOSU, Mich) and it will a battle to win/keep. I think we will.

I'm now going on record as saying this kid will be a big time college TE before his career is over.

"I have been extremely fortunate to be recruited by several of the best college football programs in the country the past year. After much consideration and time talking to my family, coaches and friends I have realized that I have some great options right in front of me.

"Like most, I want to go to a team where I feel like they really want me and that I am a priority. Being a TE there are different teams that are looking for different skill sets. Some want just a receiver who can flex, others are looking for a hand in the dirt guy that can set the edge. I am fortunate to be able to do both well and to have great programs that want me to do both in their offense. I love to catch the football and I also love being in the trenches and being physical. "My final choice will obviously be the team that sees me in that capacity."

"Make no mistake this decision is very hard because there are some awesome people in college football," Wolf said. "The first few boxes on my list of criteria were coach integrity and quality of people. Man, there are just some really good people in this business.

"In the end I can't make my final decision solely on people because things can change really quick. If a program takes off you can lose a staff and obviously if they struggle you can lose them too. My choice will have all the boxes checked off and be the best fit for me.
