LionPride Wharton shouldn't be compared to Adoree at all. No disrespect but they aren't close. Adoree is a real nightmare in the slot.[/QUOTE]

No disrespect taken at all, I love Adoree. But I believe there are many better players than he on offense. For example I would take Isaiah McKenzie over Adoree all day long as well. The thing about AJ is, here is another elite secondary person, who's athleticism allows him to play offense. Just like Wharton or McKenzie's elite Athleticism allows them to play corner. But you can't deny Wharton's 11,000 all-purpose yds and 24 special team TD's. Adoree is great player but hes not capable of putting up those kind of #'s offensively. Then again I've been in the business for a long time and I can truly evaluate film and not just hand out a Superman shirt just because all the recruiting service gave him player a fifth star. Some players just can't run the camp circuit, like ''Terrell''. I remember when Terrell Owens was in high school. I had this same conversation with another star gazer.

I'm interested to know some good ones you've called over the years...

Not being a sarcastic jerk like some others here. Just would like to know how good u are?

“The funny thing is that I was not feeling Tennessee at first,” Gaulden said. “Then Butch Jones drew me in. We now have a great relationship and I feel in love with everything about Tennessee.”

“This is his first real class,” Gaulden said. “Look at what he has done. Coach Jones is going to change things around. They are rebuilding the roster.”

“I want to compete right away,” Gaulden said. “But I know I have to earn my stripes. I want to play as early as possible.”

Love all of this. I especially like the last couple of sentences. Any chances he redshirts? Just curious.

I brought up the fact that he is 5 star "CB" because you kept referencing him as an athlete instead of a CB. He is 5'9 3/4", yes I'm well aware. JMO, but it goes without saying that a shorter guy will have his struggles with taller opponents, but this hasn't been a weak point in Adoree's game. Especially when it comes to jump ball situations - that SHOULD be one of the first things you notice about Adoree as a prospect. Amazing skills when going up for the ball in the air. . . in fact this is where he is most dangerous. . . honestly I'm not sure you've ever watched the kid play. :)

For the bolded bit you said Adoree wasn't as "coached up" as Vic and while I agree Vic has had great coaching, I think you might have just pulled that thought out of your your butt - again. Hell, Adoree might even have the upper hand when it comes to coaching considering all the events he's participated in and his undoubtedly has a great high school coaching staff.

*facepalm* VH3 does not mean Vic, it means Vernon Hargreaves III. Breaker never talked about Vic. VH3 was probably the most coached up DB prospect to come out in a long time.

Watching y'all's discussion on that point, where neither of you knew what the other was talking about was like watching two paraplegics playing in a heated soccer match.

Time will tell. Kid definitely has some talent to play CB. I hope he balls out and get some PT this year but with a lot of the juco guys that were hurt last year and the guys already on the roster last year coming back its going to be tough.
