Wolf and Helm disagree

They would indeed, however their situation was a little unique. There's no one on the roster that's gonna play ahead of them. We desperately needed TEs and between Wolf and Helm Butch recruited both the starter and the second string TE IMO. With those 2 in the fold, it may be reasonable to only take 1 TE per year in the foreseeable future.

So this kid puts out a Top 10 or so list 2 days ago, and today he commits to UNC? Sounds like he made an emotional snap decision. Doubt this is over.

His 247 commitment article says he found what he was looking for on his UOV to unc. Likes where they are headed and how they use their TEs. Key point IMO is he said he will now cancel all his future trips and his recruitment is over.

Looks like Clark is still looking at other schools. Says he is still committed to North Carolina. Maybe we still have a chance. Has he visited UT? If not, we need to get him on campus. I guess if we can't get Clark, we've still have 4 other TEs we've given offers to. Maybe Hentges or Gragg will join us.

In a recent Rivals article he mentions taking visits to OSU, Michigan, ND and UGA. He says those are the only schools he's looking at besides UNC. No mention of UT.
