His 247 commitment article says he found what he was looking for on his UOV to unc. Likes where they are headed and how they use their TEs. Key point IMO is he said he will now cancel all his future trips and his recruitment is over.
"I talked to coach Malzhan from Auburn," he said. "I talked to the Notre Dame staff and they will be here next week. I talked to coach Edsall from Maryland. I also talked to some coaches from Ohio State. I know Tennessee, Auburn, Michigan, Notre Dame and Arizona State will be coming by."
Not surprised by this one. Seems I remember several guys saying that commitment was knee jerk. At least the kid did it early, got plenty of time to get it right..... i.e, commit to UT 😊
Hengtes is all Mizzou. Legacy and big buddies with Odofile and Lock. All three legacies and I guess you could say their legacies will impact their class not as much as UT's last year but should give them a boost this year. Long shot JMO.

Kid wants nothing to do with playing big boy SEC ball. He has about 12 SEC offers and won't even look in the direction of any of those teams. Not sure why anyone would want to play for Brady Hoke right now. Talk about underachieving.
Had an article naming top 5 TEs in nation in USA Today High School Sports yesterday. Chris Clark, Jackson Harris, and Hale Hentges were among those top 5.
