Those are the ones that said they planned to EE. They may or may not all be afforded the opportunity. It depends on how many seniors graduate and how many others leave the program in December.

Anyway K-MAC could come, I see KING TUT is a EE, boy it would be nice to see both of them here early.

I SEEN A story on Settle saying he would be a VOL is there anything to that or just wishful thinking, I don't get the feeling that Richmond will switch, is Burrell in his league, anybody else rated high that know body is taking about that would be a major pickup or steal for us, most of the time this time of year we lose a couple and pick up a couple that's not been on the radar.

Couple recruiting summary q's:

Seems they updated the Rivals100. Anyone know when the 250 and the rest get updated? Anyone with access maybe want to provide for everyone the summary of movement (changes in starts, increase in rank and/or increase in pts- 5.6-->5.7, etc) for our commits and also maybe for major targets that UT is thought to be a leader or well in play for? I'm sure the crowd here would appreciate that!

Can anyone who's more involved in recruiting chatter tell me if we are 'in' on/recruiting hard any highly regarded:

-OL, specifically JUCO. (I hear Blair is progressing well now iirc an article with coach's thoughts)
-LB (Speaking of, what's the deal with Cecil Cherry? Are we thinking we're losing him?)
-The legacies: there seem to be some highly regarded/high star legacies that are listed under "non-serious" targets, most committed to other schools. Why did we just let them go, or aren't taking them serious? Is it the strength of their commitment, or they just didn't fit our system/needs/we liked other players better?

Non-recruiting q: anyone remember how many years of eligibility these guys have left: Blair, Pearson, Weatherd?

Blair will have two years left next year (RS Jr)

Pearson and Weatherd will both play their last year next year (Pearson will be a RS Sr while Weatherd a Sr)

Nice on Blair, bummer on Weatherd and Pearson. That's kind of what I was afraid of. But, I guess at the end of the day, we need OL continuity more than much of anything. Hopefully Weatherd can be an impact player next year.

Is there a post somewhere that has information on which commits are early enrollees and which aren't? Will we have many like last year? I know Dormady was at one time but seem to recall him having to wait now.
Any help or info is appreciated.

I try to keep the OP updated with the EE information. Other posters help keep me on track if I lag behind. Check it out and it should tell you what you need to know. I have not heard any information that would exclude Dormady from the EE list. Him and JJ both should be scheduled to EE in January.

I know this may have been asked before (probably 100 times), but is there any way we can localize commitment dates for our remaining targets. I know that Kirkland has moved his to Monday, Amadi/Phillips on the 15th, and then Pat Allen on Jan. 3rd. But I haven't really found anything solid on the rest of our "legitimate" targets; Walker, Jones, Love, Sapp, Martin, etc. I just thought it would be a good idea since its getting close to time for guys to start jumping on board before they lose their spot (plus the early JUCO singing day). Thanks and Go Vols!

Things are so fluid this time of year it would be virtually impossible to keep up with how often the kids change their dates and schools. Unless Freak wants to put me on the full time payroll then I would be more than willing to oblige. :) :p

Edit: Kirkland is a prime example. He just moved his date from Jan 3 up to Monday. :crazy: Silly season.
