Cox is a football playin' MFer. He can excell at TE, FB, LB, etc.
He led APK to state final as the QB when Darlington got lit up and had to miss Yhe season.
He's a winner and a leader. Has the ability to be a 'Brian Leonard' like RB from Rutgers or an ' Aaron Hernandez' style TE
Yeah, that is one way to describe Chandler! If you look "football player" up in the dictionary, Chandler's picture is there. He is not a 5-star at any position, but he is outstanding at everything. He could literally play any position in high school football. And he would give 110 percent effort in college if you told him to play OL or DL.
He's a great football player, but he's also an outstanding young man. He took my daughter to the high school homecoming dance in 2012. They didn't date very long, but for me to allow him to take my daughter anywhere can guarantee you that he is a fine young man.
I would love for the Vols to land Chandler Cox, but I think he'll more likely end up elsewhere in the SEC. I haven't spoken with Chandler lately about his recruiting, but everything I'm hearing is that Auburn is leading. Down here (behind enemy lines), Florida is also a major factor. UT TE coach Mark Elder was at practice today and is really staying on Chandler.
Whatever team gets him will be happy they did. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised to see Chandler playing on Sundays. He's just that kind of football player.
