Francois is the most game ready qb IMO this year that is a realistic possibility. He's better IMO than anyone we have committed better than anyone we're in on as well. Dormady and Jennings have high potential but Francois is better right now IMO. I would take him over Jones and its not close IMHO. St Louis is just even more incentive there as well.
I think from a pure passing, accuracy and decision making Dormady is the more ready of anyone we are in on. Jennings is nowhere close. I wouldn't be upset with Francois or Jones. Some guys is doesn't effect but Francois isn't ideal height but again that doesn't always mean anything. As far as arm strength I think Dormady and Francois are on the same level but Francois tends to struggle with accuracy and god knows we have seen plenty of that the last two yrs. But I also know in HS the talent or lack ofof can effect accuracy, int's and can force things so I tend to not put much stock in it. And I have paid attention to Dormady a lot more obviously because he committed and don't know as much about Jones or Francois and what talent they have around them. But for Dormady to have the stats he had this yr with absolutely no help or talent at WR and no oline is remarkable. I know what I have read on Jones is if it was any other yr he would be even higher ranked in Cali but they have sn unbelievable amount of QB talent this yr out there. But is pass first and run when he has to do it and can make all the throws. Doesn't have the arm Dormady or Francois does though. But more I have heard on Francois and supposedly is pass first as well and has a great arm the more I like him. I was afraid he was run first but hell Dormady had the same yards rushing as him. So really sounds like Francois could be listed as a Prostyle. I really don't understand how they fully decide is a guy is DT or Prostyle. Winston was a DT and he doesn't run often and is an unbelievable passer. But Dobbs was a prostyle and atleast right now is a better runner than passer. Then we have Dormady who is a Prostyle who is pass first and is a great passer with a great arm but had as many rushing yards as one of the top DT QB's. Now Jennings I see as a true DT. He runs much better than he passes, atleast right now but do realize he really is just learning how to play QB but most guys that evaluate for a living see him as having NFL type potential at Safety. Would love to know exactly how they determine the difference in DT and prostyle, doesnt seem to have much consistency to it.
