'15 GA CB Darius Slayton (UGA commit)

Slayton is visiting USC this weekend.

He's been a UGA lean up until recently, so we will see! If our numbers are this tight and our staff wants him, I'm on board for sure. He's got a ton of upside.

IMO from what I have read has me thinking UGA prefers Van. I think UT would be happy with either. Jefferson flirts with UT much and UGA will just take Slayton and help Van make his decision. Kind of like how UT did with Cherry/Kirkland.

What a nice problem to have versus when "the coach we won't name" was here. Do we take this top 250 player or that one? A few years ago it was "do you think we should take this 2-3* diamond in the rough or that 2-3* diamond in the rough?" My how the times have changed.

Chad Simmons of scout saying he will commit Thanksgiving weekend but has not confirmed with Slayton

Scout 100 athlete Darius Slayton is likely to announce his decision Thanksgiving week. He has talked about committing to a school since August and it appears he is now ready to do so.
Over the last couple weeks, the 6-2, 180 pound star out of Norcross (Ga.) Greater Atlanta Christian has visited Tennessee and South Carolina. Georgia is the only other school he has visited officially.
Some schools like Slayton at wide receiver (prefers this position), others at corner.
He is No. 85 in Scout's 2015 rankings and he has had a huge senior season.
