:lolabove: The only SC school that will take a DT QB that is his race is Clemson and SC State. USCjr is the most racist place on this planet. They got Alabama beat by a long shot. Nothing against him Im just from SC and see them pass on good DT QB from SC or make them change position for one reason.

Seems right, now that you mention it. I just remember Jim Donnan teams never being any good. Right had Shockley, Greene, Stafford, Murray. Some good ones

Yep, best defense ever was on that field, QC didn't have a prayer that day. Champ did get an INT in that iirc.

Yes it was an absolute beatdown. That double away trip at Auburn then at Ga is one of the most impressive defensive performances back to back I've ever seen a UT D have. The 98 Auburn game is still the worst beating I've ever seen a single team's group of QBs have. AU seriously had to play 3 maybe even 4 guys at qb because we kept knocking the s@#! out of them. Quincy Carter got blasted quite a bit as well, but that auburn game was just nasty.

JMO, but I think he is going to do this the right way. By this I mean he takes his visits, says some good things about each after the visit, but keeps it low key until he makes the announcement. He did say UTK blew him away and set the bar pretty high, so I still like our chances with him. I've liked him since I saw his highlights and have thought he may not have as much publicity as others, but could end up being one of the top QB's in the class.

I think most Vol fans will never again take talent level like that for granted, given our recent lack of talent on the d-line, secondary and depth at linebacker. Good times are ahead Volnation. Can't wait for the rest of the '14 class to get on campus.

Don't forget about Gibson. I think he's playing the game, but I think he genuinely has really high interest in UT.

I'd bet the house that UT is dictating where he goes.. If we wanted him, we would have him IMO.
