I would kill to sit down for 30 minutes with UT's nutritionist. I do a ton of reading in that area, but the results they get seem unbelievable.
The ridiculous weight/muscle gains that college players attain in such short amounts of time does raise an eyebrow, doesn't it?
The 1980's - 1990's era of rampant steroid use at schools like Nebraska & Miami are essentially a thing of the past.
Can't get away with a systemic roid program these days.

You do know they do nothing but workout and eat all their meals on schedule. The nutritionist calculate all of the macros in every meal so there won't be any error when they eat all of these precise meals. The kids don't eat hardly any real junk product with these meals so their bodies are taking in all of the protein. Combined with these new workouts that are causing extreme muscle confusion I can see these kids exploding size wise. Martin's body has never experienced a real S&C program. It's having to adjust rapidly. The only way it knows how to adjust is by creating muscle as fast as possible.
