Scott will be one of our top 3 backs, along with Hurd and Lane this year. Paulk is a likely redshirt this year, and with Hurd/Scott/Kamara/Paulk all being good to go in 2015, Reid will almost assuredly redshirt when he comes in that fall.

Yup. I think he'll be a 4-star before it's all said and done. Even if he isn't, it doesn't matter. Like you said, he's a beast. But with Kamara, Hurd, and Scott all being in the same grade classification (since Kamara redshirted) there's a good chance at least two of them will leave at the same time. When that happens it'll be nice to have some eligibility saved up for Reid. Jmo. But I think no matter what we're going to absolutely have a stable here as long as we have CBJ.

Reid was matching scotts numbers as a junior.. he could blow up this year and put up even more ridiculous numbers.. i like him as a big short yardage back after Hurd next year, but apparently AK can get the tough yards too. Reid may turn out to be the type of player you just dont keep off the field. hopefully we will continue to bring in stud rb's in the classes behind him and not have to even worry about redshirts.. if someone gets hurt in the 6th game.. we bring in a young talent and burn the redshirt

Butch is creating a pattern for rb recruiting. One big back and one prototype. We already have decent depth now. Next year we will have SEC championship depth at RB, QB, TE, WR, DE, Safety and Special Teams. Still need OL, DT, LB and DB. Heading in right direction there as well.

People keep saying that we are going to have a "three headed monster" at RB, I disagree.

This is like some mythical Greek ****; this is a damn hydra that Stones has made!

Imagine that it's TN vs Alabama 2015 for a minute... AK is going to be on a mission and go off that day! Can't wait to see him as part of our RB stable.
