tennessee commitment alvin kamara, a four-star redshirt freshman running back from hutchinson (kan.) community college, rushed for a team-high 111 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries thursday night in his junior-college debut.
The 5-foot-10.5, 212-pound kamara scored both of his touchdowns on 14-yard runs during hutchinson's 45-7 rout of the junior-varsity team from bethany college in lindsborg, kan. The blue dragons (1-0) rushed for a combined 327 yards on 44 carries against the swedes.
Kamara, who spent last season at alabama, has been committed to tennessee since june. He's ranked the nation's no. 3 junior-college prospect and no. 2 juco running back in the 247sports composite for the 2015 class.

Kamara rushed for 143 yards on 28 carries against Butler CC yesterday. Through 3 games he's carried 54 times for 354 yards (6.6 ypc) & 3 TDs.
