'15 JUCO WR Camion Patrick

His cousin just said he's workin on his grades, workin out, also playing in the off/def all-american bowl in december still solid to UT but will see what happends w the coaching situation that's the latest update.

The last thing this kid needs to do is worry about our coaching situation.

Lol no disrespect to josh but Patrick is on a different level than Smith. Cam has the measurables also... 6'3 and 200 lbs with a 4.4... I think Josh can do some good things, maybe a Cody Blanc or Zach Rogers kinda guy.

I would consider Cody Blanc and Josh Smith's career's successes if they can provide depth and have at least one breakout year like Zach Rogers.

Racist!!

Jk

I think they could be better, honestly

Edit: better than Rogers, that is.

Sorry, but Josh Smith is not better. I truly believe Camion has as much potential as any WR we have committed or that we will sign.

This.

He's not a Malcolm Mitchell type either. I love Patrick's game at WR. He attacks DBs like a weapon. Extremely aggressive ball player though that can dominate a DB. I really hope he can make it in. He's better than Paul Harris and on the level of North(yeah I think he's that good). True ball player and quite possibly the most physical HS WR I've seen on film.

He might have got that fourth star had he got to play this year that is a shame. I just hope he gets the job done he needs to in the classroom.

So is rivals slipping a little bit because I noticed that this year and last year that maybe rival's rankings arn't up to par like they used to be.

I wouldn't say they are slipping... With Rivals rankings, its all about "politics"... if you show up to camps and keep going then you probably get a better ranking. As for Patrick, he hasn't been to many if any camps and he hasn't touched the field this year so there is no film to evaluate his talents any further.

VQ is legit with Hubbs. Brice and P Fort do a good job as well. But, on a national/regional level, 247 owns rivals, IMO.

Camion loves TN this man had TN Vols Cupcakes for his birthday so I wouldn't suspect a coaching change affecting his decision.

Yeah I don't think coaching turnover affects it either that's just what his cousin had to throw in there cause he's a fl state fan and imo don't want TN going after a HR hire

So basically it comes down to the classroom. Not sure how it works, if UT can have any contact with the kid to offer guidance on what he needs to do to become/remain eligible for the schollie.

They can coaches can say what they want face to face. Patterson was on a plan that the coaches laid out for him.

TSSAA won't qualify him, then we know what to expect from the NCAA Clearing House.

According to 247, that leaves JC & JRM as our remaining 4* commits atm.
