It appears that way, but I'll try to confirm. Might not find out for sure until tomorrow, but I'm guessing it's a legitimate offer if he's claiming one this late. Tennessee has been in contact with him before but hadn't offered up to this point.
The last I heard, there still was at least some question as to whether he was going to be a 2015 prospect, but that might up to him, to some degree. I'll look into it a little more and see what I can find out.

Camion is from my hometown and I know a lot of his family. I said it a few pages back that if Tennessee offered he would be a Vol. CP is not a talent u turn away, he is diff from the rest of our WR in how physically dominant he is. The kid bullies DBs and has outstanding athletic abilities.

Camion is all Vol and will hopefully be the first kid out of Clinton in a LONG time to put on for the Orange and White.

Cam and PW will give us one of the best WR classes in the nation to go along with a top rb class, QB class, DT class, de class, lb class, and so on..

He will be a 2015 recruit.

Also, I think he already committed. I know we may not have room but we wouldn't offer without honoring it.

This. If he was offered and was told it was ok to go public with it Id say it's legit. Throwing out an uncommittable offer this late in the game is just counterproductive.

Exactly. I'd be perfectly fine with taking Camion and being done with the 2015 class.
