Please explain why you believe this? Assuning you are correct, we will have Hurd, Kamara, Reid and Bruce. That is 2 sophmores and 2 true freshmen. Does this strike you as sufficient for SEC wars?

Also keep in mind that A&M's homer mods have whiffed big time twice today already.

They had Malik Jefferson and Deandre McNeal both as stone cold locks to them and they both committed to Texas today.

(Big) IF we recieve and take Bussey's commit then I think you see Reid move on. I could be wrong but I think reporter comments and numbers would support it. I like what the poster (Blackburn iirc) posted about bringing in Reid and possibly turning him into a dominant LB like we used to.

As recently as yesterday, Reid is quoted as saying he is still a firm commitment to Tennessee, with the caveat that he is still being pursued by several schools. However, i find it hard to believe that a back as good as Reid would shy away from competition at Tennessee with Hurd and Kamara and perhaps choose to go to Georgia with Nick Chubb and Sony Michel.

I just think this whole idea of him being scared away by competition is baloney.

I don't know who else is on the board for A&M and I haven't talked to Mike, but I think Tennessee is the team beat heading into the announcement this afternoon. There is still some confidence from Texas A&M so there may be some drama, but that's the feeling I've gotten over the last few days.

"I really like Tennessee's chances going in to the announcement. I also like Texas A&Ms chances. Nebraska has a chance. I think he goes to to Tennessee unless he changes his mind last minute and decides to go to Texas A&M...or Nebraska....or some other school. "

Even if he chooses us today, still worried that he will leave us on the altar come signing day. A long time to go until signing day
