It's still a very real possibility that Darian Roseboro visits this weekend. Roseboro just visited Michigan and along with the Wolverines, some close to his recruitment believe the top group include the Vols, NC State and Auburn. Getting him back on campus would be a nice step forward for the Vols.

Disagree. Those guys are DE all the way. No way Phillips carries 290 on that frame and plays DT, nor Roseboro for that matter.

I agree. Kid is about 6'4 240-245 right now and is not carrying much bad weight. 6'4-6'5 270-275 at UT will keep him at DE.

I think he was around 200 when he committed to UT way back when. I'm not sure he would ever get to DE size, but I think OLB is a real possibility.

Ya he is a little bigger than 170, my bad, my point was he won't be d line and I don't think the staff has any plans of him being there. I think the reason he was recruited was because of the lack of speed at the linebacker position

No, he said that's where his prep school wants to play him not that UT wants him there.

Guessing Dews will be in a Maggitt type role. LB who is used as a DE on passing downs. That's what it seems to me.

Darian Roseboro didn't make it in, instead he rescheduled his visit to the beginning of June, likely the weekend of Gruden coming to town as it sounds like numerous recruits are interested in coming that weekend.
