'15 NC DT Shy Tuttle (UT commit 9/26/14)

they really werent that bad. broke down some in the 4th qtr but thats what happens when your offense is stalling in the middle of the 2nd half.
Yeah, it seems they struggled only when the offense struggled. They are not rotating the LB's enough, and when our offense is struggling, our LB's seem to lose a step or two. Even some of the best defenses wear down if their offense isn't carrying it's own weight.

Been seeing that with the Titans the past two weeks.

I thought our DT's were actually playing their worst in the 2nd Q. The UGA interior was moving them exactly where they wanted them.

SIAP. With some better eating habits and a few months in UT's S&C program, Tuttle is going to be scary good.

Scout spent time at North Davidson High School recently and we talked with head football coach, Mark Holcolm.

Holcolm coaches Shy Tuttle, a Scout 100 defensive tackle who is coming back from shoulder surgery and he talks about that, what type of player Tuttle is, his recruiting, and more in this interview.

Excerpt of what Holcomb said about Tuttle:

"He's gonna be a shade nose or a 3-technique at the next level. He's a run-stopper, but he can run down a line and make plays. That's one of the things people noticed about him early is his ability—he tackled a couple of jet sweeps early from a 3-technique and a 5-technique. I think that's what people see: a man that big who moves that well.

...He's going to blossom into probably a 330-pound animal. That's what he's going to be down the road."

I will call him War Daddy and you sheep will follow me! :aggressive:

from urban dictionary:

War Daddy
It is an inmate slang term for a pimp in a male prison; one who sets up sexual liaisons, just like a pimp on the streets does. The opposite of a sugar daddy.

That's awesome if you go to prison...those types are vital for morale...since this is football though, I'll go with this instead.

I guess it depends on what you want...no judgement! :eek:k:

I used to work at a place where we had a short round dude that was really strange. About 5' 2" and over 200 lbs. Had another guy there about 6'4" and strong as an ox. He asked him to be his war daddy, followed by the explanation from number one. I instantly thought of that dude when I read that term.

 :thud:

Unless you work on a football field, it was most likely a business proposal....since this board is football oriented, I jumped at the football definition...true story.

I get it. You like to argue. I am just giving you context.
