I wouldn't replace anything we have right now with anybody, now adding Love or Frasier to what we have committed does not upset me.

Mentioned by Callahan as one of five players to watch that could potentially flip to UT before NSD

Frasier announced his commitment to Florida State a little more than a month ago, but he recently reached out to Tennessee and has discussed taking an official visit to Knoxville for the weekend of the Vols’ game against Florida on Oct. 4. While he appears to be a long shot for Tennessee at this point, it’s worth noting that he hadn’t been in contact with the Vols in recent months before he reached out to them a few weeks ago. Frasier, who’s ranked the nation’s No. 1 running back in the 2015 class by 247Sports, still is in the early stages of his involvement with UT. But he’s at least a name worth watching, especially if he ends up making the trip to Tennessee next month.

I'd like us to take 2 rb's and I will be happy with the following combination:

1 of Kamara/Love
1 of Reid/Frasier

I'm perfectly content sticking with what we have now. I believe we were extremely lucky to pull 3 rbs last year and I don't see that scenario unfolding again.

With Hurd, Scott, Paulk, Kamara, and Reid do we need another RB in this class?

Yes. We need a high level of competition at Rb to really compete for the SEC. What is Paulk doesn't come back the same? Or Jalen gets hurt? Or Scott can't stay healthy?

We need to go for Frasier or Vaughn.. Both have that super human speed in open field and it would be great to have. Its pretty obvious the coaching staff wants at LEAST one more RB. IMo

In the event any of those things happen, THEN you address it. IF 1 or 2 of those things happened, you still have 3-4 quality backs on scholarship to tote the ball. Through the 2013 season, it was pretty much just Lane and Neal. In 2014 its pretty much been Lane and Hurd. Looks to me like the staff will have 2 maybe 3 backs at the most get the majority of the carries. 6 RBs in just 2 classes IMO is just wasted spots. You're setting yourself up to see kids transfer out quickly.

Without a doubt IMO.

OL, CB, LB I would have as much bigger needs at this point than another RB.

After Tuttle I would take one of Sweet, Abernathy, Martin, Sapp, Brazil in that order.

I'm almost convinced we aren't taking another linebacker like Sapp, so I'd say Abernathy or Martin, maybe both.

I think he would be top on the OL board IF the staff is set on taking another OT. As I have said before, only way I think they have any chance of flipping Sweet is if they are willing to walk away/stop recruiting Richmond.

I always love it when posters think they know what we need when it comes to recruiting. If CBJ is recruiting Frazier then he obviously feels we need another RB. It really doesn't matter what we think we need.

As always CBJ and his staff will recruit kids they won't actually take. They will have back up plans in case they were needed. Much the same way some fans felt TG was without a doubt being recruited, pushed for, and UT would take him, it just was not the case. With all the kids this year naming UT their leader and then trying to commit to UT only to find out their offer was not committable, points to the staff "recruiting" kids they would not take. Is the staff "recruiting" Frasier, Love, Cager, Phillips, Martin, Abernathy, Olenga, and others? Sure. Would they take them all because they are "recruiting" them? No.

Frazier reached out to TN and restarted the recruiting. We didn't actively engage him. You don't ignore #1 RB if he calls wanting to visit

Fraser and Kamara both would be my guys. Wouldn't take Love over Kamara in any year.
