The same place where I said that there was a seamless transition between QBs in the 90s-00s. Haha

I never attributed that phrase to you or even quoted you. Those were my thoughts and my phrasing. I never said you called it a seamless transition. I just independently pointed out the fact that it wasn't a seamless transition. It had nothing to do with what you did/didn't say.

I must admit I was one of those guys, seeing how Dobbs looks in this offense really excited me for Jennings though.

Especially since he will more than likely get a redshirt year to really get acclimated with the college game and the playbook, things are looking great for the future

1:25 - 3rd & 26
1:55 - 4th & 9

His competitiveness and attitude of "Get on my back and let's go" is really unbelievable to watch. Hoover scored their last td on 3rd & 9 with 2 minutes to go. I have no doubts that they go down and tie it up if they can just get off the field on that play. Hoover just made the play when they had to. One game I would have loved to see live.

So is Smyrna a good place to live?

Yes, particularly near the Sam Ridley exit. Depends on your life stage too. Early professional, Nashville. Young families, Smyrna. Teenage kids, Murfreesboro. IMO.

Grown up in Smyrna, went away for engineering school at UT and came back after I got married. Can't believe the thriving metropolis Smyrna has come, lol.

I am an old dude with kids. 16, 13, 12, 9. Trying to get back down south. Looking at that area.

Property taxes increased dramatically last year but still one of the lowest around Metro Nash. Smyrna feels like a suburb of Nash. Lots of folks who depend on Nash for work, entertainment. As opposed to Murf where there is a bigger sense of community since it is a little more independent. If you can afford it, Nolensville is an awesome place, it's Williamson County it is nice. Smyrna has everything you need and nothing you don't, like traffic. Except Sam Ridley from 4-6 pm. Some good churches in Smyrna, but not a great abundance. Can't really go wrong with the schools, though I've never had any affinity for anything in La Vergne lol. Stay away from there. Haha.

Smyrna is a nice place. With kids that age, I would suggest narrowing into the area of the Stewarts Creek school zone. That and the Blackman area are very nice with pretty good schools top to bottom. Plus, in those areas, you can find places that are outside of the city and it's property tax.

Definitely want to be out of the city, and even in the country if possible. Kids are home schooled, so that should not be an issue.

Much respect for home-schooling 4! I would still look at the Rutherford County Schools zoning maps at the Stewarts Creek and Blackman High School zones. That would be where I look to start. You can find some nice quiet areas that are still pretty close to the Sam Ridley Pkwy area of Smyrna and easy to get to the Boro at the same time.

There is a website, realtracs dot com that will allow you to search for property/homes in given school zones. Good luck.

I figure anywhere not in the dead center of a city in Tennessee is better than Missouri.
