All a kid who wants it can do is put in the work to get there. IMO JJ is doing all the right things. There is a reason CBJ took his commitment so early. Kid is a leader and fits what we need at Tennessee to a T.

Doug Matthews said that the Vols have promised JJ that he will be the only dual threat QB singed in the 2015 class and that he and Dormady will be the only two QBs signed in this class. He went onto say that the Vols have told JJ that they will keep him at QB for at least one year before they would allow him to look at playing another reposition if he chooses to do so. The Vols coaching staff think very highly of JJ's abilities and seven more so of his high moral character.

Just watched this video of Jennings, which I hadn't seen before. He does look pretty raw as a passer to me, but man, if he develops he could be dangerous a couple years down the road. I have a feeling he won't end up at QB though. I'm hoping Dormady will be the guy that follows Dobbs. But I'm glad we've got Jennings. He's going to help us a lot somewhere.

Blackman's definitely increased the overall size of their roster from before I got there. Around 07ish. I went from 08 to 11.
