Maybe, only way LSU takes Amadi though is to get Phillips. They have zero need at Corner with who they have committed in this class and who they are still likely going to land. If Phillips were to commit to TN on Jan 3rd, I bet LSU immediately stops recruiting Ugo.

Mckenzie looks closer to 5-7 than 5-8. He'll get a chance in the NFL based on his return skills alone. Just needs to stay healthy

I think his size or lack thereof is being a tad overblown. The average NFL CB is 5'11 193 lbs. Amadi is 5'10 180 as a HS senior. He's exteremly strong for his size and also has a pretty good bounce in his jump.

Butch Jones is around 5'10. Maybe. I'd honestly believe someone if they said he was 5'8". I've seen pics of him with with Pig (look below) where they are almost eye level. To say Amadi is 5'10" or 180 lbs is a stretch. It's how sites report things. Emmanuel Moseley was listed as 160 on sites and when he got to campus he was magically 140. Did he lose 20 lbs or just never have it? Btw it's not personal against you or saying Ugo won't be good, just saying that what you're saying above doesn't seen that off, just not completely accurate size and weight size IMO. He does look like a college DB, height/weight on paper isn't everything. Some really good 5'10">>> CBs. Maybe I'm off on all this, but JMO

This. Always been close to a couple LSU buddies from college, and they agree that the only reason they take Amadi is to get Phillips. They are getting low/weak at DE for the first time in a while.

Id say butch is right at 5'10. I have a pic with him and he looks to be right at 2 inches shorter than me and im exactly 6'

How many of the all American corners this yr in cfb were 6ft? I think the answer is none. As long as said corner has a little dog in him it doesn't really matter to much.

You have to think that pig is in cleats and has a helmet on compared to butch who is probably just in dress shoes or tennis shoes. It's not hard to believe butch is 5'10" and pig is 5'8" or even shorter in that picture
