If CBJ told Rocky to go elsewhere i for one would be highly disappointed and upset in the lack of insight! Of all the RBs we have committed this year and last year Reid and Hurd are the only 2 backs that fit the true mold of a SEC RB! PERIOD! With Kamara coming in very close.

Frazier and Vaughn are the only two others on the board currently truly INTERESTED in UT that fit that mold as well.

So that being said,,,,,what other RB is out there that is interested in UT that would be an upgrade?

Love is not and i repeat NOT an upgrade from Reid! Love is a Slot WR at best! He would be a perfect fit to replace PIG.

You seem like the kinda guy that would pick Trent Richardson over Jamaal Charles because he's a "downhill runner"

Edit: He didn't break the state career record, and the guy who holds it isn't even famous.

I wanted to read more on this kid and what other fan bases think, so I went to VandyMania. Needless to say, it was absolutely hilarious. They think that Vanderbilt is the better choice than all of his other options only because of their education. They think that is the most important factor because it is the one and only upside to going there. It should go without saying that I learned nothing about Vaughn.

Idk I really like Reid but it's hard for me to envision Hubbs saying that so bluntly without it being true. Would create a really big unwanted fire for the staff to put out if it's false and could cost him some access. Politics is what keeps VQ in the know and keeps them in business.

Could've been.. I hadn't been on here that long.. I just remember wanting Lacy here.. His hi-school video reminded me of Earl Campbell.. LOVE that type of runner..

If you look at their college career rushing stats they're pretty similar. Charles was way better catching the ball though.

In the NFL it's a no brainer but I'd still take Charles in college, especially in the offense we run.

We backed off Lacy because the staff thought there was no way in the world he could get in school but he sailed right into Bama no problem.
