'15 TN TE Jackson Harris

Jackson Harris is a very impressive player. Does he have any offers? Are any schools showing interest in him? Harrison Moon has an offer from Vanderbilt. It would be nice to see more players from Tennessee be recruited.

More players from TN? I think with Butch we will recruit the state the way it should, but a team full of homegrown talent won't cut it in the SEC. We've gotta go get the best players possible, no matter where they are from.

Yea, I guess you're right. The coaches need to pick out who they feel is best. Tennessee seems to have a sharp group of new coaches. Hopefully they pick out the best recruits needed to build up the program. I'm not related to Harris but have seen him play. I thought he was an impressive player. Coaches need to pick who they think will benefit the football program. I'm not a football expert, it was just my opinion.

Didn't mean to sound like I'm discrediting you. Feeling like they should recruit Jackson Harris more due to seeing him play is a good reason, but the whole state cuz isn't feasible to do. With Memphis being farther away than Atlanta, our presence out of state has been and always will be there.

Did really well at Vandy's camp and received his 1st offer. He thought about committing on the spot. He even called Vandy the perfect fit for him.

But he's still open. Plans on majoring in Engineering.

Good for him but I think we can be a little pickier considering the TEs we are bringing in this cycle.
