Bowles shoulda been a safety to begin with.

But I think last year hubbs said his problem was that he was just a step too slow..so who knows if he would have seen the field at S or not.

We will not have any issues with Jefferson lacking the ability to play WR at UT.

I would love to see UT line up in a 4 or 5 wide with North, Malone, Pearson, Jefferson, and P. Williams. You know the opponent would blitz us in that situation to prevent our QB from picking them apart, but we could also hit an easy home run if we get a particular patch up that benefits us.

That's the thing with UTs WR group. You put 4 of them out there and at least 3 will be in a match up that favors the Vols. You put 3 out there and all 3 benefit us. The WRs all run their man off, then the QB hits the TE dragging across the middle which is a match up that also favors UT. :)

Van's father has seemed big on UT & very impressed with CBJ for a good while now, and it only helps that Van's mother tagged along this last trip. The vibe is very optimistic and positive regarding Van & UT at the moment. Van will be making his college decision this summer in the near future. Nothing groundbreaking or necessarily new, but nonetheless what I was told. IMO, if Van hypothetically was being forced to sign with a program today, he would be a Vol.

Suck it Urban Meyer. Rejoice in the fact you landed V.Bell by D.Dooley properly f****** up that recruitment. But don't get accustomed to that. It will be a rare occurrence you out recruit B.Jones.

Also, suck it Mark Richt. Better luck next year. You should have known better than to ever attempt to land a WR recruit that UT was actively recruiting. Hell, even Derek Dooley stole and signed the top WR and overall player committed to UGA in GA 5* Da'Rick Rogers. Hell, WRU even walked right into UGA's home state and stole the best WR & overall player from their backyard this year too in GA 5* Preston Williams. No respect. Should probably just go ahead and concede the elite WRs to UT from now on. Save the gas, letters, and text messages. WRU will take it from here. Haha.
