Texas is weird about their obsession with HS football. All I know at this point is Hondo usually produces quality teams.

Actually from what i can see they are pretty good. According to their website they were district runner up last year.

The pure athletic teams are mainly concentrated in DFW and Houston areas... He's in an area that has some elite skill players...but the answer to your question is no.
