'15 TX QB Quinten Dormady (UT Commit 6/9/14)

If you haven't watched then please do. This guy will be very good at UT. I've been skeptical at times but this highlight series shows his Arm strength and accuracy plus his athletic ability when running.

2014 Senior Highlights - Quinten Dormady highlights

Anybody see a Tyler Bray resemblance in some of Dormadys off balance throw on the run type throws? The way he just slings it

Nice movement in the pocket. He doesn't quite always get his feet set, but that can be fixed. His ability to sling it on the run is impressive, though.

Agreed. Too many back foot throws which I assume have lead to some INTs. He is very good mechanics wise and just needs some polishing. He can work in our offense very well if given the chance.

He reminds me of a poor mans Elway by body type and play style/skill set and I mean that as a compliment. I see way more ceiling on this kid than the others.

Elway would have dominated in a zone read system. Same for Steve Young.

He has a andrew luck style to him because he can run if he needs to. Bray is like a statue back there and Dormady has some wheels. Less arm than bray but a better athlete than bray.
