I never suggested that at all I just shot down your initial post about CBJ's QB's rushing stats at Central Mich.

Where did I say anything about his stats? You suggested a run QB works best in this O. I suggested the latter. Simple as that

He wasn't if we are taking Dormady. If Saban can have Dormady top of their QB board and our Coach's took his commitment then obviously he isn't bad. Js

I do think they would have taken TG today had he committed. MY guess is he wanted to wait and the coaches took the next guy on their board.

You can not let one kid hold your program hostage to leave you at the altar in December. The coach's livelihood is more important than that. I think this is one of Butch's better moves to get an accurate passer to go with his superior receiving corp. this will also help Hurd's rushing game.

This guy is a great complement to Jennings. Should be a good QB competition.

Dobbs, Dormady, Jennings and Peterman. If Dobbs doesn't steal the show this season, the QB battle in '15 is goona be fierce.

This plus 1. If he went thru the Gruden camp,and he signed off, plus the offers coming in from other programs, I think it's a great get. Everything points to his exposure exploding this season.

Congrats to Quinten Dormady! CBJ has recruited 2 1/2 recruiting classes at UT and has ZERO dual-threat QBs for his non pro-style offense. Does this make since to anyone? I hope this guy is the next big thing but I don't understand why we are not recruiting to our system.

Were a perennial 5-7 team and we have a kid who will be a consensus 4 star and just chose us over Alabama and OK State. Two teams That would/did beat our ass last yr. The same coach who took his commitment just pulled a top 5 class. He didn't play last yr. He will continue to blow up. What are you mad at? On top of that we have another dual qb committed who is a freak athlete. This fan base is embarrassing.

Wonder if TG' s late arrival vs Darmody's full embrace of this weekend changed the timetable any?....as far as how long they would wait?...I still believe that TG was their #1 want and they would have waited at least another month for this very important commit...if they felt the mutual interest was remotely even. :sleep:

I been saying dual threat which is different than a
"run QB".

And answer me why CBJ has been recruiting Torrance Gibson so hard and why has Gibson been the top guy on the board for UT - You do know that Torrance Gibson is a "dual threat" QB?
