Just saw in the tweets thread that this kid is heading back to Rocky Top for the big weekend… And nothing has been mentioned in his thread about it? Volnation is disappointing me.

Remember the QB camp that reports were coming from where Dobbs and Worley were working at getting better at QBing in the off season? For whatever reason Riley chose not to go and put in the work. Sound Familiar?

I like Quinten's approach. Looks to be a leader.

We are seeing why Butch took Quinten Dormady's commitment. He is committed to this program and class. He is not out playing "look at me" type games to get attention.

He wants to be part of the UT football team and that is what you really want out of a recruit.

Thing I liked the most?

The kid literally leaves bama with an offer. They are really pushing to get him. (This is the part that gets fuzzy as I tell myself he is flipping Saban the bird as he is riding out of Tuscaloser). He returns for his 2nd trip to Tennessee and is not even expected to show much less compete in the camp. There is no countdown, there is no huge announcement, no hats on a table, he commits via twitter and is a Vol.

Less than a month later and he is making the 2300 mile return trip back to Knoxville to help recruit his future teammates.

No, the # for the class is still 16. QD would be another commitment, but the class # of spots stays the same. Looking at it that way, I suppose you could say as of today, Tennessee has "3 spots available". This does hinge on Weatherd getting in and Woods sticking. We'll see.

We shall see if he can handle the competition. I am excited to see his senior season though. I cannot wait to see how much our 3 QBs are going to improve in their senior seasons.
