I knew he certainly liked Tennessee and that they were one of his top schools. I was told that Tennessee and Clemson were likely the top two for him so just a little surprised Alabama is in front of Clemson, but knew they were strongly in the mix.
Elder, Thigpen, Azzanni, Strip, have all done a good job letting him know he is a priority.

I believe he is right on Clemson. One of our sites reported last month that there has been very little contact between Settle and the UA staff. Bone reported last night that Settle has not contacted the UA staff in some time. I think the only reason UA is even in it is because he is good friends with D Hand who is part of the 14 UA class. So UT is fighting Clemson for Settle.
Can't. However, the burden of proof is on the person who claims he might be. There is nothing pointing that way.
Anyone else still have the Dooley hangover? It stil takes me a little bit of time to process the legitimacy of positive recruiting claims
Dooley is a mere blip on the radar. The history of Tennessee football is so good and has so many good things in it that Dooley's name doesn't have to keep being mentioned. Why people keep doing it is beyond me. You must like negativity. Whatever type of hangover it is, it is not from a former coach.
If Butch Jones hasn't given you enough reason to believe in his recruiting thus far (and the legitimacy of positive recruiting claims), what more do you want?

That would be true had you only claimed that it wasn't reasonable to believe. But you didn't. So it isn't.
