He's still in classes at SC. Transfer schools will have to wait for his final transcript. It's not sure he'll be a grad transfer and if not, he may or may not be waivered. He's a RS JR, so if he has to sit a year, he'll only have one year of eligibility left. A grad transfer with two years who's eligible immediately is a much better deal than a transfer with one year who can't play till 2020.
