'16 FL CB Tyler Byrd (UT Commit 2/2/16)

Good to see Canes msg boards are as delusional as most. They keep commenting on TN being shady with recruiting and they honestly don't see the contradiction in their accusations. Hello Mr. Shapiro. Wow.

Many are they wrong. Everyone knows Auburn are the shady ones.:)

Miami fans are getting heated on Twitter. I guess they finally got word that he was coming in? Not really sure what the heightened hostility is all about. Although, we do have some instigators on Twitter (understatement).

That's the same feeling we have with Army All-American and Miami commitment Tyler Byrd. Byrd, who lives with Fils-aime and call each other brothers, had been courted by Tennessee several times since Fils-aime made his decision but each time he declined to visit.

That changed when Larry Scott was hired and that opened the door, even the slightest, for the Vols to make a move and they have. Byrd seemed more than comfortable with Tennessee's coaches this week during the in-home and it seems he's grown less comfortable around Miami's.

The writing seems on the wall for this one as his comments on Miami have been anything but glowing the last two weeks. As for the Vols, they are certainly trending here.

Based on things I read and hear down here. and no not the hurricane message board.

Hey it may be no better that anything else that's out there but it gives me a different perspective without the blinders on a lot of people on this board have.

Hope I'm wrong....
I see what you're saying, but the fact that you are negative in each of the quoted player threads gives you less credibility to me. In same way that certain posters think we get every recruit we want.

Question is, which is worse? His involvement in that murder....or his work as an analyst on ESPN?....coin flip IMO.

Lol. I do know that I always chuckle when he gets on ESPN and tries to claim the moral high ground. Like, "***** you killed two people...stop."
