'16 FL CB Tyler Byrd (UT Commit 2/2/16)

No idea why but all of a sudden this guy is my number one guy I want for this class. This team needs NFL talent in the secondary to make it to the next level of success and I think this guy brings that to the fold. A haul of him, warrior, and Osborne would be extremely impressive position filling by Butch and staff.

He is to fast to have the starts stick on him with he is on him when he runs.

Agreed and your avatar kicks ass.

I'd be curious to know how in home visits work with CFA and Byrd since they live in the same house. There may be some, "you have to sit over there, but I can't stop you from listening in" type of stuff.

If Coach knocks and CFA answers the door, does that count as a "bump"?

WHERE THINGS STAND: The long-time Miami commitment just this week solidified an official visit to Tennessee for the final weekend before signing day. Byrd, who lives with Tennessee commitment Carlin Fils-aim, has already received an in-home visit from Mark Richt and will be at Miami this weekend for an official visit. Next week Byrd and Fils-aime will host Butch Jones for an in-home before making their way to Knoxville. This could be a signing day surprise as former Miami interim coach and now-Vol assistant Larry Scott has made a big push quickly for Tennessee.

Richt's already used his in-home. I like our odds.

Someone show him pictures of Neyland on game day vs Sun Life Stadium.

Picture of Sun Life won't be necessary. Show Neyland and then point to his parents on the other side of the living room and tell him, "here is everyone who will be attending your games if you choose Miami...providing, of course, there's not a conflict with your brother's game at UT".

Are we kind of slow playing this one? I feel like the staff thinks they're in good shape with Warrior and Hardman. Well, maybe not Hardman but def Warrior

Seems like Hardman is looking doubtful at this point from what I've gathered. Hope I'm wrong

I don't think so. Really have to believe the staff has him pegged as a definite take. Byrd is a pure corner and Warrior goes S IMO. If we are to believe everything we've heard doubt the staff is feeling good about Hardman. Either way we need corners....we should take Byrd.

No way. The staff would take his commitment right now if he wanted to jump on board. A NSD flip would be good pub though.

Be Interesting to see if Richt can get people to games at Miami. Regardless of coaching issues it's pathetic to have the attendance they have had at games. TN at its lowest of lows still almost filled stadium every game. Miami is bandwagon city

Here is the answer to your question. If he wins, they will come. Not until then.
