Pretty much. He was told before SECG that he wouldn't be back but had the option to stay on until after NSD but things escalated last week in a recruiting meeting. He'd become a liability on the trail according to a trusted insider. Mainly with Myer brothers. His coaching was questionable as well. This really is an end result of recruiting war in Fl. Ga and TN made power moves with recent hires. The two names being mentioned are Corey Raymond (LSU) and Torrian Gray(VT) both have great Fl connections.

"It was great. I had a chance to spend time with the players and ask any questions I need answering," Victor said. "I spent time with the coaches and I just had a great time, great weekend."

"The important thing is me feeling at home and feeling welcome," Victor said. "Then, comfortable with the people and the coaching staff."

Victor said he grew more comfortable with Sutton in particular this weekend and the senior cornerback was able to give him his impression on his time in Knoxville.

"He told me it's a great place, great environment and that I will have an opportunity to compete," Victor said.

I read he's being negatively recruited against on the road. Is that from a coaching skill point of view or personal stuff? Does daddy Callahan let UF in the halls of Armwood going forward?

Yeah he was taking a hit especially from DCraig and Trob.Muschamp. The only kid he landed was Aaron Robinson. Gardner and Taylor were other staff members. Lenton was Collins. IF Fulton signs its bc of Tim Skipper.
His other son if getting promoted in Personnel Department so it shouldn't be a complete shutout. I don't expect him to "help" UF with his kids anytime soon. Lol
