On paper would be amazing and recruiting would be top 5 every year, but in reality idk if they do what Butch wants them to do, he doesn't like to change the system up that much.

Wow. I don't see anything happening there though. He doesn't seem to fit the dynamic of the staff. We all know he wouldn't take a lesser job than DC. We don't run a 3-4 defense and wouldn't make sense to start that process again Especially with next yr being our year. I wonder if they are just feeling him out on his options and saying if nothing works out come coach DBs here for a year.

Can't believe Jimbo and Richt didn't agree with your assessment. Because his FSU defense wasn't 3rd overall and 1st in scoring in the country. This years UGA defense is 8th overall and 1st in in the nation in pass defense. I'm sure your opinion means more than his resume though.

Rankings can be skewed. They played three teams that hardly pass the ball. Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, and Southern University. He'll I will add Auburn to that list as well. So yeah they will be ranked high for pass defense. We played Bowling Green and Oklahoma.

Look at the sec opponents that we both played, that's as close to accurate as stats can tell you.
