Everything OV said about him being "Georgia's to lose" was prior to Richt and Pruitt not being there.

Richt and Pruitt leaving could change things. I like our chances with Butch recruiting him.

One area you don't have to worry about with Butch is recruiting. He is a boss in that area.

I think what OV actually said was that he was UGAs to lose as long as Richt was coaching. Since that has changed, OV has stated in response to me personally that he has no idea how the coaching change affects things.

Haha. I was kinda wondering if we might contact him. But didn't post anything. Especially since there are reports of him not being the most awesome guy off the field.

But there rumblings/rumors of us not retaining all out staff. So we're gonna have to fill them somehow.

Maybe Butch is wanting to get back at Hart for not getting his turf.

"No turf, Dave? Alright, then you're gonna have to deal with Pruitt on my staff."

Posted just over an hour ago on Mecole's Mom's FB page ..

It's ironic how since Mark Richt has been let go as UGA's head coach so many people have wondered where this leaves my son as far as his decision. I can't tell you if my son was going to go to UGA prior to this or not. What I can say is whatever school he chooses he will be lead by GOD and not man.. People fail to realize he's only 17 and this is a tough decision, so let him make it. For those on the outside looking in, no this is not exciting because you develop relationships with so many recruiting coaches and come signing day you have to let some of them down. I can't say I'm a UGA fan or a Tennessee or even an Alabama fan because I never attended any of those schools. I'm not one to be a fan of a school just to follow a friend, family member or the crowd. That's just not who I am.. If I become a fan it's because you or that school has made an impact on me as a person. I can say like I've said before NO I'm not a Dawg fan however I am a Mark Richt fan and I'll continue to be, now if my son chooses UGA will that change.. NO I'll then become a Mecole Hardman fan as I've always been and I will cheer for him at whatever school he attends and if I become a fan that remains to be seen because his time there won't be forever and he'll move on to greater.. But what does remain is that he'll forever be my SON.. And that's why I'll forever be his #1 fan😍
