I agree with your overall premise that 6-4 225 is the NFL's obvious preference, but currently, 9 of the top 20 paid WRs are 6-0 and under, and TY Hilton will join that group next year when he enters FA. That doesn't include Odell Beckham either. Welker's Denver salary was largely based on his age and injury (concussion) history.

Pats pointed that out in negotiations with him which pissed him off.

Yes, he's done both. Worked mostly at CB in Charlotte during an Opening camp iirc. There is more money for a lock down CB in the NFL than for a WR.

Meh, Pruitt will still be there. I think he is more the reason Hardman is looking at UGA. If UGA has a bad season though, it could get interesting. For all the talk they haven't really liked what they have at QB and we get them at home with those four rabid beasts on the Dline ready to swallow up whatever poor SOB UGA chooses to play behind center.

My personal opinion is that Richt wants to retire. I think he is just waiting on grabbing one more SEC title. He has already got Pruitt lined up to take over. There was an AJC article this week about how many changes Pruitt has already made in the way Georgia does things.
