He is working in the background quietly. Tee will be target #1 and we are prepared to make a lucrative offer to him this time. I think we will bring him home this time around

I think Tee would be an immediate impact in both recruiting and overall WR performance. Would be sick

Can't remember. Was it his wife not wanting to be in Knoxville or was it a bad offer? It'd be great to have Tee back. Recruiting would go off. And how weird and kinda crazy it'd be if Peyton came back to be the QB coach, too?

1. Not sure who would be option #2.

2. Yes he does and I believe he should get some credit for their improvement.

3. I think Willie gets unfair criticism. Swafford and especially Gaulden were going to major contributors on the team this year. We already did not have great depth back there so when you lose a versatile headhunter like Gaulden and probably our #2 or #3 corner, it's going to magnify the lack of depth.

Wouldn't mind him being promoted to OC either.

Doubt he'll be here next year, though.

I'd be surprised if Azzani goes anywhere.

If there are actual receivers threatening to transfer, plus Butch getting pissed with him, plus the lack of production we have gotten, I don't see any way he stays.

I rarely agree with you, Catbone. However, if Butch feels compelled to become more personally involved in tutelage of our wide receivers--and he has--that certainly conveys some level of dissatisfaction with not only that positional group's performance but, presumably, also Azzani's. Whether that ultimately results in Azzani's outright termination or reassignment, who knows at this point in time.

I don't believe that for a minute. That just sounds like a rumor started by someone who doesn't like Azzani.

I would rather have Tee, but honestly, it's probably a longshot.
