Considering they play 2 different positions, I don't see the point of comparing the two.

.......................let me be more specific..................

I love Kirkland for his commitment, talent, work, etc.

I also love him for trying to bring in a Warrior....

really?!?!?!?

RELAX and take a deep breath before you shoot (aka post)

Sorry I misunderstood you. I thought you were just saying you liked Kirkland more than Warrior and you were comparing their skill. Sorry about that.

I have never done that

I'm usually the one that should have counted to 10 first.

"Nigel Warrior - The feeling continues to be that Tennessee had a great weekend with him and his family and the Vols continue to be the team to beat. Certainly, don't expect Auburn or even LSU to go away, but Tennessee is in the driver's seat at this point."

- Fortenberry

All through his recruitment I've said his name with a British accent thanks to Austin Powers.

They pretty much have to go away, don't they? I thought the last few days were a non-contact period?

That's what I thought. Fortenberry seemed to be suggesting that Auburn and LSU could somehow make a play for him.

That also benefits them to say that. They get more clicks from stressed out Vols fans and hopeful LSU and Auburn fans. And it also saves their butts if the unthinkable happens and Warrior does go somewhere else.

They know. But they don't really know. And can't really say anything is ever over until an actual commitment is made. I think he will be a Vol. It would have been a pretty negative sounding message if we had something to truly worry about. They know most Vols fans are expecting to get Warrior.
