Kipp Adams is very connected in Georgia recruiting. Not saying his opinion is the end-all, be-all, but it does carry some weight and should make people take notice.

Just as a reference, if Kipp had CB'd him to Tennessee, you'd be seeing a lot of "/thread" posts because his opinion is respected with regards to GA recruits.
