Belue said the Dawgs would have probably lost Brown if Rocker had not been retained by Smart.

I like Buck Belue's radio show, but he does not have any particularly great insight into recruiting. Doubt this is "inside info"; more likely just him expressing an (optimistic) opinion. Rocker staying on board at UGA definitely helps their cause, but I doubt it's a lock.
