Read on uga's board:
-he looked upset (in a picture) at the basketball game
-set by himself at the game
-only recruit that didn't stand during kirby's ovation
-tweeted he was upset friday night about something but I think he deleted it

Take these "dog treats" for what its worth...

Come on home son. You know Knoxville is the place for you

He's not capable of calling time outs when it is appropriate or going for 2 when needed. That's easily recognized. That causes one to question a lot.

So your response is to regurgitate what other talking heads on the radio say. Nothing you said in the above comment has anything to do with 'X's and O's'. Every coach, including Saban makes ill timed decisions late in games. I guess everyone forgot when Saban called a timeout and attempted to kick a 58 yard FG against Auburn a couple of years ago. It happens, doesn't mean the guy can't scheme and call specific plays in specific situations.

Spurrier blew a few calls like this the last few years also,
And most people would give him a thumbs up as a coach.

These calls were worrisome indeed, let's chalk it up to new sec coach growing pains and stage fright. Expect better from him in the future however

I think it's fair to say that for whatever reason, Butch was ****ting himself at the end of the OU game. He looked terrified on the sidelines when they were driving to tie the game up. It's strange because he looked calm against UGA all three years and against Spurrier in those late-game chess matches.

For the most part, though, I think Butch is a calming presence on the sidelines for the players. His "don't worry about making a mistake, put it all on me" speech before the UGA game was brilliant. Without it, I doubt the players rally for the comeback.

Uhhhh.... it might just be me but I don't think Tyler is laughing. Usually when you share a laugh.... Everybody laughs.

If that was the "keeper" pic, I'd love to see the rest of the film.

Yeah. I hope this is this douchy approach Kirbs uses with all his recruits. If so he could really undermine UGA for years to come.

He's not capable? C'mon, man. He made some mistakes this past season, but he is more than capable. I can give you about 4 million reasons why he is capable. I guarantee you he learned from it.

Aaaaand then we hit reset, beat GA, and won six and a row and Butch fired his DC because we didnt hold those leads. Play better 4th qtr D and no one even remembers those decisions because we're playing Bama in Atlanta. When you're up two TDs in the 4th twice and blow both it's not because of a TO or conversion call here and there. It's been addressed.

Saban didn't call a TO to kick the FG. The officials put a second on the clock cause the play was dead with time remaining.

The players regurgitate the same phrases in interviews so yes, I imagine he says the same **** to them.

I've seen intense game day and practice Butch, I've seen robot interview Butch, I've seen humble appreciative Butch accepting the job, and I've heard damn near every recruit say he's cool as hell and just talks about life and he's like family. So sounds like a pretty damn well rounded guy. That wins and recruits and runs a clean program. Damn bull****ter.

What does any of that have to do with him using the phrases that he uses with the media around the team?

And that's the face they present to the media. Every coach uses coach speak when addressing the team as a whole. Butch is personable one on one with players and recruits.

"Brian what happened on that long TD pass?"

"I lost eye discipline; eyes weren't over the thighs and I didn't leverage the ball.
